Responsibilities include researching and creating target customers, developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports, answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with ross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience. This position may require occasional travel.

Essential job functions:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer contact
  • Organize and track all progress
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Develop new business and identify new service categories areas to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Collaborate with management team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities required:

  • Strong record keeping skills
  • Extremely detail orientated
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills preferred
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration or Chemistry preferred

Physical requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • List ability to lift 25 lbs, stand, reach, bend, walk, etc.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a drug screen
